"I was a USAA policy holder for 45 years but was almost always disappointed with the way USAA settled my very few claims claims and managed my account. I finally had enough and went shopping for insurance.
I lucked into a call with Geza and he quickly provided excellent and professional service and favorable rates for my home and auto insurance. Geza answered all my questions, helped me optimize my coverage, and was ready to bind coverage within a day or two. I have switched to State Farm with better coverage at better rates than I had and I have a knowledgeable resource and a strong advocate in Geza if I ever need his help.

"I feel amazingly calm and quite satisfied with my bundled policy. Mr. McLaughlin had Geza give me a call to walk me, a senior, through the process of bundling and comparing apples to apples from other policy quotes.
Great Job!
Geza is pleasant, and very personable. In addition, he was very patient, taking the time to explain deductibles and coverage limits, i.e. how these effect the premium and what was the best option for our family.
As far as phoning ahead, it's nice talking to a live agent immediately. All agents were very polite and kind while just transferring calls to one another.
I found Geza to be an exceptional agent and the location is wonderful."
